Bon Voyage to Historic R/V Knorr Cape Cod said an emotional good-bye to an historic old friend on the misty Ides of March, 2016. The world famous Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, along with former crew members, Woods Hole residents, and well-wishers, bid farewell to the U.S. Navy owned research vessel, R/V Knorr, which set sail from Woods Hole for the last time, bound for Mexico.
